One Position Open
Marina Laws has served as the Moderator’s Confidential Executive Assistant since October 2019. For personal health reasons, Marina will be reducing her weekly working hours, effective 1st October 2021 and will step down from this position.
Rev. Elder Cecilia Eggleston says:
I would like to thank you, Marina, for all your excellent work as my Confidential Executive Assistant. You have kept me on track, provided the Governing Board and Council of Elders with excellent support and have worked generously behind the scenes to make my job easier. I know that you will continue to serve MCC with enthusiasm, efficiency and faithfulness. Prayers continue for your recovery and return to full health.
Working with local churches, pastors and treasurers is Marina’s great passion and she will continue to support and encourage churches as they manage their financial covenant with MCC, in her role as Assessment and Fundraising Administrative Co-ordinator. She will also continue to work with the Moderator and Rev. Dr Kharma Amos on the Partners in Hope regular giving programme.
