MCC Online Privacy Policy Notice

MCC understands and respects that our visitors need to feel secure about their privacy being protected. This Privacy Policy Notice explains how MCC processes and uses your personal information.

MCC's Online Privacy Policy is intended to be in compliance with:

MCC sends Email only to persons or organizations who have explicitly requested it, or to those with whom we have a verifiable pre-existing business or personal relationship. MCC has determined that purchases, donations, registrations, requests for information and assistance, online application forms, online surveys and polls, interest lists, inquiry forms, and e-mail subscription forms are a valid basis for Email correspondence.

MCC may sometimes request personally identifiable information, such as name,  address, telephone number, fax number, Email address, credit card information, and information about your interests in and use of various products and services. When we ask for personally identifiable information from our visitors, the reason for this request will be clearly stated before the information is requested. 

When a visitor makes an online purchase, donation, or registration, MCC will request your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status, or acknowledge your gift or Registration Fee. MCC may use this information to notify you of related products and services. Credit card and e-mail information will never be shared or sold to third parties.

If you subscribe to our Email newsletters, or request to be added to our online correspondence list, your personally identifiable information will be used by MCC to deliver Email to you. You may stop the arrival of Email at any time by following the instructions on the e-mails you receive.

Our statistic-tracking software may also collect NON-personally identifiable information when you visit our website (such as the type of browser and computer operating system you use, and the domain name of your Internet service provider when you visit our website. We collect and use this NON-personally identifiable information to learn more about how to supply information most appropriately on our website(s).

When you visit the MCC website(s), you consent to the collection and use of information by us as outlined in this Privacy Policy Notice. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will prominently post those changes on this page of our website so that you are aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

MCC does not wish to receive personal information from children under 13 without written parental consent.
