MCC Identity System Agreement

This agreement represents a covenant between the denomination of Metropolitan Community Churches (UFMCC) and

to follow the MCC Identity System Guidelines and Standards as approved by the General Council.

UFMCC agrees to:

1. Design the local church logo with the new MCC identity.

2. Provide a CD to the local church with their identity system that includes:

A. JPG, GIF and TIF logo files

B. Local church logos in both black-and-white and using the PMS colors.

C. The graphic guidelines and usage standards.

3. Provide camera-ready artwork of the church identity system in black and white.

The local church agrees to:

1. Pay $100 to UFMCC upon request of identity system.

2. Follow the MCC Identity Guidelines at all times.
