Per diem is one half of the published IRS rate.

Travel must be pre-approved in your work plan for the year and/or by your immediate supervisor. If a moratorium is placed on use of the AMEX, your travel must be approved by the Executive Director. Travel must conform to the formulary provided by the Moderator.
