Each of the three CLM courses has a printed Leader Guide, housed in a Leader Guide Binder. The binder is three-ring, one-inch, and includes color front, back and spine covers as well as three color tab dividers for each of the three CLM courses. The detailed Leader Guide for each course provides all the information needed to facilitate that course, including:
* A materials list for each session;
* Text needed to facilitate each session (In sufficient detail that it could just be read);
* How to set up, execute, and debrief classroom activities;
* Exact timing of each session;
* Which PowerPoint Slide should be showing in support of each section of the session;
* Homework for the facilitator to prepare for the next session.

This third course in the CLM curriculum assists participants in discovering what gives them power, energy, and joy as they serve the sacred through the church.
