  • Making first MCC contact with LGBT Christian groups in South Africa – ultimately worked for affiliation connecting those pastors and communities to UFMCC
  • Co-founded “Free Spirit MCC” in 1985l, a prison ministry at the California Institute for Women in Frontera, California
  • Extensive writing, teaching and training in MCC on the local and denominational level
  • As Vice-Moderator, moderated Elders, General Council and General Conference Meetings
  • Preacher at the Earl Lectures at the Pacific School of Religion, 2002; Keynote speaker/guest speaker at various colleges and universities.
