Present:  Rev. Elder Nancy Wilson, Moderator; Rev. Elder Jim Mitulski, Region 2; Rev. Elder Arlene Ackerman, Region 3; Rev. Elder Glenna Shepherd, Region 4; Rev. Elder Diane Fisher, Region 5; Rev. Elder Darlene Garner, Vice Moderator and Region 6; Rev. Elder Lillie Brock, Region 7 (from March 11)

 

Absent due to illness:  Rev. Elder Ken Martin, Region 1

MOTION 08.03.11.BOE.01  Motion by Rev. Elder Diane Fisher, Seconded by Rev. Elder Lillie Brock to appoint Rev. Wesley Mullins to the Board of Pensions to a term expiring the day prior to the Board of Pensions 2012 Annual Meeting.

MOTION 08.03.11.BOE.02  Motion by Rev. Elder Glenna Shepherd, Seconded by Rev. Elder Arlene Ackerman to approve the below stated Ecumenical-Inter-religious protocol of relationships and authorities.

(A-4)  Bodies requiring denominational relationship but only 1 MCC in territory

Local church recommend but Regional Elder approval needed since it is a denominational commitment

Local church.  Recommend informing “around the fellowship” as a vehicle to inform MCC of involvement and activities
