MOTION 07.09.13.BOE.01 Motion by Rev. Elder Diane Fisher, seconded by Rev. Elder Don Eastman to reappoint Marsha Warren to the Board of Administration for a term beginning January 1, 2008 and ending December 31, 2009

MOTION 07.09.13.BOE.02 Motion by Rev. Elder Glenna Shepherd, seconded by Rev. Elder Lillie Brock to reappoint Rev. Carolyn Mobley to the Board of Pensions for a term ending the day prior to the Annual Board of Pensions meeting in 2012

MOTION 07.09.13.BOE.03 Motion by Rev. Elder Arlene Ackerman, seconded by Rev. Elder Diane Fisher to reappoint Lupe Valdez to the Elder’s Nominating Committee for a term to end at the first regular Board of Elder’s meeting following General Conference in 2010.

MOTION 07.09.13.BOE.04 Motion by Rev. Elder Arlene Ackerman, seconded by Rev. Elder Don Eastman to appoint Rev. Elijah Nealy as Chair of the Elder’s Nominating Committee for a term to end after the General Conference in 2010.

MOTION 07.09.13.BOE.05 Motion by Rev. Elder Diane Fisher, seconded by Rev. Elder Arlene Ackerman to appoint Marsha Stevens-Pino Vice-Chair of the Lay Ministry Council for the unexpired term ending in 2010; to appoint Charlene Bisordi and Paul Johnstone as members of the Lay Ministry Council to fill unexpired terms of Shawn Henderson and Marsha Stevens-Pino which end December 31, 2008; to affirm that Judy Dale is the staff member of the

Lay Ministry Council and that Rev. Elder Glenna Shepherd serves as the Board of Elders liaison with the Lay Ministry Council.

MOTION 07.09.13.BOE.06 Motion by Rev. Elder Don Eastman, seconded by Rev. Elder Diane Fisher that in the matter of the UFMCC Clergy Judiciary Process concerning Rev. B.J. (Beau) McDaniels, having completed a review of the proceedings and appeals process, the Board of Elders finds that the decision of the appeals process is based upon substantial evidence. Therefore, the decision of the Judiciary Committee and the Appeals Panel is upheld.
