Board of Administration Conference Call

October 5, 2007

1.         Opening Prayers and sharing

 

The meeting opened in prayer and the Board shared how they were.

 

2.         Executive Director Evaluation.

 

Since the Board did not have time to discuss evaluation of the Executive Director at its September meeting, it decided to hold this special October 5 meeting for the sole purpose of focusing on that topic.  The Board is delighted with the Executive Director’s performance, but is aware that it has a responsibility to provide feedback and constructive criticism.  With that in mind, the Board had a good discussion.  Julie took notes and agreed to send those notes to Jeff, who will then prepare a draft evaluation for the Board to review.
