1.         Opening Prayer

 

Jeff Miner opened the meeting in prayer.

 

 

2.         Complaint regarding BOA Member

 

The BoA met to consider a complaint against BoA member Steven Harte filed by the members of the Executive Committee of Holy Trinity.  The complaint was discussed and a communication to the members of the Executive Committee of Holy Trinity and other involved parties will be issued forthwith.
