REV. BERNIE BARBOUR
Rev. Bernie Barbour a graduate of Amherst College (BA), Princeton
(MA, Near Eastern Studies, Iliff School of Theology (Masters of
Divinity) has been involved with MCC
since 1986 when he began attending Resurrection MCC in Houston, Texas
USA.

Rev. Barbour taught race relations classes while in the US Army, where
we came out as a black gay man in 1974 (Honorable Discharge in 1975). He
has served as the New Jersey (NJ) Representative to Heritage Pride,
which plans the New York City Gay Pride Parade (2years), President of
the NJ Lesbian and Gay Coalition and held various positions with the Gay
Activist Alliance of Morris County New Jersey. He has held numerous
positions within MCC on the local (Member, Board of Directors, Vice
Moderator of the Board of Directors), District (Assistant District
Coordinator for South Central District), National (Member of Department
of the People of Color Task Force) and Global (Member of the UFMCC
Delegation to the World Council of Churches in Harare, Zimbabwe, faculty
and Dean of Samaritan Institute for Religious Studies and Vice Chair of
the UFMCC Board of Elders Taskforce on Structures and Systems
levels.
He answered the call to professional ministry in 1996. Since his
ordination in 2001, he has served as the Administrative Pastor of
Resurrection MCC, Pastor of Emmaus MCC in Fayetteville, NC and Pastor of
MCC of New Haven in Connecticut. He currently serves as Voluntary
Staff Clergy at Resurrection MCC in Houston, TX.

REV. DELORES
BERRY
Rev. Delores Berry is an out of the closet Christian Evangelist.
She was an ordained minister in the Christian Methodist Episcopal
Church. She became a member of UFMCC in 1974. Rev. Berry
visits some 50 MCC's a year. She visits other
denominations, but she is |

open about who she is, saying; "I do not play guess who's coming
to dinner!" She and her spouse of 23 years, Judy Kiser, travel around
the world with God's message of liberation and healing for all people.
Rev. Berry is a preacher, prayer and singer (offering 5 gospel CD's at
this time).
Rev. Berry was the first person of African descent to be ordained in
MCC, first recipient of The Rosa Parks Award, presented at the UFMCC's
People of African Descent Conference 2006. She was honored by UFMCC and
Lancaster Theological Seminary, Lancaster, PA, with the "Rev. Delores
Berry Liberation Preaching Prize," to be given yearly to a Junior
seminarian each year and the recipient of the UFMCC Purple Grass Award
for Excellence in Evangelism. Rev. Berry has served as Assistant Pastor
of MCC Baltimore,
MD, MCC District Coordinator of the Mid - Atlantic District, Pastor of
Good Samaritan MCC Norfolk, VA, Pastor of MCC Peninsula Newport
News,VA., Pastor of New Life MCC Norfolk, VA, Pastor of MCC Portland,
OR, Board Member of UFMCC Department of People of Color, member of UFMCC
Faith, Fellowship and Order, Member of the UFMCC Inclusive Language Task
Force, UFMCC Elder's Task Force on World Church Extension and UFMCC
Board of Ordained Ministries.

BARRY HUNDLEY
Barry Hundley is a member of First MCC in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a
long-time MCC Lay Leader and community activist. The recipient of
numerous awards hailing his
participation in causes which uplift, educate and inform LGBT people of
color, Barry is a leader in the "In theLife Conference", the largest
LGBT conference of people of color in the nation. He is one of the
Project Managers for

the MCC Church Revitalization Initiative and a member of the
Geographic Review Board. He is a graduate of the University of
Alabama, where he obtained a BA in Business Administration, with a minor
in Political Science. Barry is a resident of Atlanta, with a successful
career in retail management. Barry grew up in the African Methodist
Episcopal Church. In 1992, Barry moved from the AME church and made his
spiritual home at First MCC of
Atlanta, where he continues in active church membership as a Lay
Delegate. Barry was awarded the 2006 People of African Decent Conference
"Trailblazer Award" for his work. in opening doors for minorities in MCC
and for helping to shape and mold the next generation of MCC
leaders.

REV. WANDA FLOYD
Rev. Wanda Floyd is the founding pastor of Imani MCC of Durham, NC.
She served Imani until Feburary 2008. She currently serves as the
PAD '08 Conference Volunteer Team Chair and has participated in all of
the previous PAD conferences. She has served the fellowship in various
positions since 1987 when she joined MCC. In her local
commiunity, she serves as co-chair of the North Carolina

Religious Coalition for Marriage Equality and is currently enrolled
in Shaw Divinity School working on her Masters in Divinity. Rev. Floyd
is married to Sheryl Griffin, her life partner of 12 years.
