Ground Transfers
The Phoenix Airport (Sky Harbor International Airport) offers a range of ground transportation options.

• If traveling in a group, you may wish to consider renting a car.  Free self-parking is available at the resort where the conference is being held. Valet parking is also available, for a fee.
• A Low-cost shuttle option, SuperShuttle can be arranged for $19.00 each way (price subject to change without notice). Call 800-258-3826 ahead of time to reserve your shuttle. Note that SuperShuttle is a shared service, and your van may make up to 3 stops before arriving at the hotel.
• A sedan (Town Car) transfer can be arranged in advance, or at the airport. The company Transtyle operates these sedans. For advance reservations, please call 800-410-5479. The estimated price for a one way airport transfer is $50.00 to $80.00 per sedan, plus gratuity (price subject to change without notice).
• Taxis can be hailed outside of the baggage claim area along the North and South curb at all terminals. Estimated price for a one way airport transfer is $47.00 to $55.00, not including gratuity (price subject to change without notice).

The hotel does not operate a shuttle to and from the airport.

Renting a Car

Conference attendees can rent a car and receive special fixed rates for reservations made June 25 through July 13, 2007.  To make a reservation using MCC's reference ID (5009123), call toll-free 877-275-4771 or contact National Car Rental at 1-800-CAR-RENT. 

Upon arrival in Phoenix, Arizona, USA:
1. Proceed to the National Car Rental counter.
2. Provide the reference ID #5009123.
3. Present a valid driver's license and major credit card.
