During Early Bird Registration, you are able to register at a
reduced rate. Registration during this period will be available ONLINE,
by MAIL/FAX and by PHONE.
Registration is NON-REFUNDABLE. You may
request your registration be transferred into the name of another
person, or you may request your registration be counted as a donation
toward the conference program.

Regular Registration
Tuesday, April 3, 2007 through Monday, June 25, 2007
Regular Registration
Registration during this period will be available ONLINE, by
MAIL/FAX, and by PHONE.
All Regular Registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE. You
may request your registration be transferred into the name of another
person, or you may request your registration be counted as a donation
toward the conference program.
Regular Registration closes one week prior to the beginning of
conference to allow staff to consolidate registration materials. If you
do not register by the close of Regular Registration, you can register
on-site (see details below).

On-Site Registration
Monday July 2, 2007 through Friday, July 5, 2007
Once the General Conference begins, you may register on-site for the
conference. Your registration on-site will be at the Regular (Full)
rate. You will also have the option of Day Registration. On-site
registration may be paid in cash, by check (cheque) or by credit
card.
During On-Site Registration, all registrations are
NON-REFUNDABLE. You may request your registration be
transferred into the name of another person, or you may request your
registration be counted as a donation toward the conference
program.
