MCC will be occupying almost the entire resort and we will have
exclusive use of their state of the art meeting facilities. The Fairmont
will offer free self parking and a flat-fee (and economical)
all-you-can-eat buffet, as well as service at their award-winning
restaurants.
May 14, 2007: We have
received notice that the Fairmont Princess has sold
out! This is terrific news for our
conference!
We do realize that some guests may not have
booked a room for their conference stay as of yet, so we have
established a room block at a nearby hotel. The alternative hotel
information is as follows:

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS: Each
individual guest must make their own reservations by calling
480-585-1234 or our central reservation number at
800-903-9225 by June 15,
2007. They must identify themselves as members of
the Group (“Metropolitan Community Churches” or
“MCC”). All reservations must be guaranteed and
accompanied by one night(s) room deposit or guaranteed with a major
credit card.
These are one bedroom suites, not standard
rooms. The rate is $109 (+11.92% tax) and a one time resort fee of
$9.50.
There is a complimentary shuttle
to anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Front door
(Resort Suites) to front door (Fairmont), the walk is only 3
blocks.
Check in time is: 3:00 PM and that our check
out time is Noon.
