Dates: June 3-6, 2009
Location: Camp Slumber Falls, New Braunfels,
TX
Description: Registration fee which is inclusive
of lodging and meals: $500. Program begins at Slumber Falls 5 pm
June 3 and ends by noon on June 6, 2009. Please be advised that it takes a minimum of three
months to prepare to attend REVM (see timeline in In Care
packet).

Format: This course will consist of weekly
readings and postings from June 1 to July 10 with no specified times for
class meetings.
Course description: This course will survey LGBTQI
sexualities and gender variances as theological and ethical issues for
Christians. Attention will be paid to biblical, historical, and
theological resources. Emphasis will be on contemporary discussions and
debates. Our goal is to discover traces of grace within our erotic
experience, re-envision the historical and theological traditions from a
"queer" perspective, and work towards an integrated erotic theology of
liberation.
