with strong leadership and piano/keyboard skills to plan and to direct a
choir (Negotiable hours per week: Sunday services, weekly choir or
praise & worship team rehearsals. A 45 member Christian
church that will include a diverse worship service for a church
of GBLT, affirming, and straight congregants. Will work

MCC Omaha is a Congregation of nearly 120 members with weekly worship
attendance of about 150 and is seeking a Pastor of Congregational
Life. Our congregation is growing at an average of 15% percent a
year, giving is up, a fifth of our members are in leadership positions
and half the church is active in regular ministry. We are a
healthy church doing our best to live into Love Appreciation and
Trust. MCC Omaha is at the center of Omaha’s LGBT community
and we are well respected and involved in most community events.
We worship in a historic church on 10 lots of land in downtown
Omaha.
The position is full time and includes health insurance with all
premiums paid. The successful energetic, faith-filled,
credentialed (or soon to be credentialed) candidate will serve the
church through both the execution of traditional pastoral duties, their
own unique passions and by providing key administrative support.
Key administrative tasks will not be more than 30% of your work
