Regional Conferences
Rev. Elder Brock and Rev.
Elder Ackerman presented for consideration by the Board of Elders three
documents recommending an approach to be taken in planning for the 2006 Regional
Conferences:
05.10-12.BOE.01 Move to adopt the proposed Shared
Understanding of the Similarities and Differences between 2006 Regional
Conferences.

05.10.12.BOE.02 Move to approve the proposed Guiding
Principles for Regional Conferences.
M/S – Approved
05.10.12.BOE.03 Move to approve the proposed Procedures for
Combined Regional Conferences.
M/S – Approved
05/10/12.BOE.04 Move to approve the proposed Regional
and General Conference Program Fee Schedule.
M/S – Approved
Disability Policy
Rev. Elder Fisher presented a
proposed MCC Disability Policy that had been recommended by the MCC Disability
Forum.
05.10.12.BOE.05 Move to approve the proposed MCC Disability
Policy and to extend the appreciation of the Board of Elders to the members of
the MCC Disability Forum including Mike Gauss and other individuals who worked
to develop this proposal.
