Judiciary Review
05.07.BE.01 Move to receive the Review of the Judiciary Proceedings and Appeals Process regarding Rev. Elder Armando Sanchez.

05.07.BE.02 After
thorough review of the judicial proceedings and appeals process in the judicial
case of Rev. Elder Armando Sanchez, the Board of Elders is of the opinion that
the MCC Judiciary Process was followed and that the Appeal Panel made
its decision based on substantial evidence. We move to uphold the
decision of the Appeals Panel.

05.07.BE.03 Move that, because of the seriousness of the Judiciary case, the Board of Elders with regret, requests that Rev. Elder Sanchez resign his position of Elder (per the recommendation of the Judiciary Committee) within thirty-six hours of notification of this action. Should Rev. Elder Sanchez not resign his position as Elder by that time, then it will be deemed that the Board of Elders has removed him from his position as Elder, effective no later than thirty-six hours of notification.
